Estimates and quotes

Requesting an estimate is free and does not commit you to anything.

Prices on this website, and any ballpark we give from photos, a phone call, a text, or the form, are estimates. The final price is confirmed after an on-site look.

The terms for a specific job — price, scope, scheduling, deposit, and payment — are set out in the quote you approve. Approval can be a reply by text or email, or a signature if we ask for one. If anything on this website conflicts with your approved quote, the quote wins.

Tell us about known irrigation, utilities, septic lines, dog fencing, and anything else buried in the work area. Public utility locates do not mark private lines. Responsibility for unmarked private lines is covered in the approved quote, not on this page.

Information and photos you send

Please only send photos you took or have the right to share, and information that is accurate. We use what you send to estimate and schedule your job, as described in our privacy policy.

If you give us a mobile number and ask for an estimate, you agree we may text you about that estimate or job. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
